**About the role**:
As the **New Product Development Executive** within the **R&D** team, you will spearhead the research, formulation, and development of new beverage products. This includes conceptualizing innovative beverage ideas, conducting in-depth research, and working collaboratively with other teams to transform ideas into commercially viable products. You will oversee the R&D process from initial ideation through formulation, testing, and commercialization.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on beverage trends, flavor profiles, and ingredient innovations in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic categories.
- Collaborate with senior product developers to assist in the creation and development of new beverage products.
- Must have knowledge of various beverage categories, including but not limited to juices, soft drinks, energy drinks, and functional beverages.
- Participate in refining existing products to enhance flavor profiles, mouthfeel, quality, and market appeal.
- Coordinate project activities and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of new beverage products.
- Support the development of prototypes and proof of concept models for new beverage concepts.
- Prepare samples for customer presentations, ensuring that product presentation is aligned with brand and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Understanding of food safety and quality standards.
- Effective project management and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the latest innovations in beverage ingredients.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and certifications for beverages

**Work Location: Sec 78, Gurugram**

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
