We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and experienced Trip Advisor who can help our clients create unforgettable travel experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
- Design and recommend personalized travel itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, and local attractions.
- Research and stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage booking processes and ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed and communicated clearly to clients.
- Address and resolve any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and build relationships with travel suppliers and partners to offer the best options to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and travel process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Trip Advisor, Travel Consultant, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular and off-the-beaten-path locations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a personalized and exceptional client experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and travel plans simultaneously.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients create memorable experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specialized travel services, such as luxury travel, adventure travel, or group travel.
- Familiarity with travel regulations and visa requirements for various destinations.
- Certification or training in travel planning or related fields is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Additional benefits may be provided based on company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
