**Job Title: Sales Assistant - Travel Agency Office Sales**

**Location**: Delhi
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in any sales role (Experience in a travel company is a plus)
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month+ Meal Facility

**US/UK International sales also there.**

**Rotational shifts are available.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages.
- Handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable travel solutions.
- Maintain and update client databases and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, vendors, and customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and industry regulations.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle booking confirmations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in a travel agency).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
