Job Description: Accounts Lecturer - Pre-University College

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Accountancy for 1st and 2nd PUC students, following the PU Board syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation tools in line with academic objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Provide academic support and mentoring to students individually and in groups.
- Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Assist in organizing academic events, seminars, and workshops as required.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and maintain academic discipline in the classroom.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university (with specialization in Accounting preferred).
- Prior teaching experience at the PU/Intermediate level is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogical methods.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
