Job Description

Job Title:

Part-time Faculty – Financial Accounting & Reporting (MBA 1st Semester)

Mode & Schedule:

Offline | Every Monday, 4 hours (till December)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and guide MBA students in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
  • Teach key topics including: Foundations of accounting & reporting frameworks (IFRS/GAAP), advanced financial statement analysis (ratios, cash flows, DuPont, etc.), revenue recognition & complex transactions, asset valuation, impairment & revaluation, advanced reporting topics (consolidation, foreign currency, leases, EPS, etc.).
  • Use case studies (Enron, Apple vs Samsung, Microsoft, Tesco, Berkshire Hathaway) to enhance practical learning.
  • Support students in applying accounting concepts for decision-making and corporate strategy.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / CMA / PhD or equivalent with strong expertise in Accounting & Reporting.
  • Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students.
