**Criteria**:

- Managing Orders from all ecommerce platforms and ensuring all orders are prepared in time, invoiced and dispatched
- Managing relationships with vendors/partners and handling problem resolution.
- Attending all the complaints. Entire Process of Sales order Management Backend Operations.
- Managing the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development
- Knowledge in ecommerce platform like shopify, Magento, V-tex, Woo commerce plaftform
- Well Versed with Payment gateways like Juspay, Razorpay, PayU, Bajaj etc
- Maintaining up-to-date files of all invoices, stock, Ageing, Fast and slow moving SKU
- Maintaining delivery TAT as per guidance by brands & reviewing with couirer partners
- Sharing daily Dashboard for Order processing
- Will be responsible for monitoring the execution ecommerce operations
- Developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy

SKILL
- Customer focus & Client relationship
- Well Versed with excel, MS office
- interpersonal skills to interact with clients and should be friendly, outgoing, and trustworthy
- Sound knowledge of website management and ecommerce usability
- Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing
- Basic understanding of web design and web analysis
- Analytical Person strong marketing and tech background

**Graduate with 3- 4 yrs.** of work experience.

**Working Days**” : Alt Saturday
