**About the Role**:
The X-Sight AI Product Management team is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Product Owner to execute on our X-Sight AI AML Product roadmap and help the leading financial institutions around the globe implement AML solutions while leveraging the best that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has to offer.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Working with product management to define detailed functional requirements in alignment with business and market needs
- Defining non-functional product requirements around performance, serviceability and scalability
- Defining relevant acceptance criteria for product requirements based on product usage and behavior
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog together with product management
- Working with architects, R&D, QA and third party vendors to understand high level design, cross-interface impact, architectural or non-functional features, and prepare for upcoming development iterations
- Conducting internal and external product demos and supporting Pre-Sales stakeholders in customer demo activities
- Providing support to Customer Support, Professional Services, Data Scientists and Technical Presales teams as needed to address product questions and issues
- Conducting interviews and shoulder-surfing with end users to understand pain points and opportunities
- Full accountability for Product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within area of responsibility including documentation of new features and operational guidelines

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline, data science / analytics or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies, requirements modelling and management, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature prioritization, and defining product specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English)
- Excellent business and technical writing skills (English)
- A team player that demonstrates a strong work ethic, creativity, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Experience with Cloud Delivery (SaaS)
- Willingness to work in the morning hours of the US EST time zone (7am-11pm) at least twice a week and travel from time to time

**Other preferred skills**
- Experience in software development, testing, product management, or project management in a global company
- A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a proven track record of shipping software quickly then iterating on the experience
- Experience in the financial risk and compliance industry
- Experience in leading people in a matrix organization
