We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, learn about talent acquisition strategies, and contribute to building a strong team for our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Support the team in organizing recruitment events such as career fairs and campus drives.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and HR functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job boards is a plus.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
