**Scope of Responsibilities & Position Expectations**

1. Conceptualize innovative product designs that align with the company's brand identity, target market, and user requirements.

2. Conduct extensive research on user needs, market trends, and competitors' products to identify design opportunities and propose unique solutions.

3. Develop sketches, 3D models, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ensure their feasibility and usability.

4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and manufacturers, for feasibility.

5. Conduct regular design reviews and present design proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring design integrity throughout the development process.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to integrate them into the design process and enhance product functionality and aesthetics.

7. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that designs are optimized for production, considering cost, materials, and manufacturing processes.

8. Maintain organized project documentation, including design files, specifications, and revisions, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.

**Knowledge/ Skill Requirement**

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-2yrs of experience in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, such as Fusion 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or equivalent tools.

3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques, with the ability to design for manufacturability.

4. Familiarity with design research methodologies, including user research, trend analysis, and market research.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and visual communication.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

8. Passion for innovation, creativity, and a curiosity for emerging design trends and technologies.
