Role

We are hiring an Industrial 3D Designer to produce realistic, production-ready models and visualizations for industrial products. Youll create assets from concept through final render, ensuring clean topology, accurate materials, and files that move smoothly through our pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-fidelity 3D models of industrial products in Blender.
  • Deliver realistic renders with strong lighting, shader/material setup, and camera work.
  • Perform retopology, UV unwrapping, and PBR texturing to ensure assets are optimized for downstream use.
  • Produce polished mockups and product visuals for presentations, catalogs, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders; communicate clearly on scope, feedback, and revisions.
  • Prepare and hand off organized source files and exports per standards.

Required

  • 3+ years of professional 3D design/visualization experience (industrial/product preferred).
  • Expert proficiency in Blender.
  • Strong grasp of realistic rendering, lighting, materials, and surface texturing.
  • Proven experience with retopology and clean, production-ready topology.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects or InDesign) proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, self-management, and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience importing/working from CAD (STEP/IGES), and creating visuals from engineering references.
  • Familiarity with asset versioning/naming conventions and pipeline workflows.
  • Basic understanding of animation or motion for simple turntables/explainers.

Deliverables & Formats

  • Source files: .blend, textures, and project assets in organized folders.
  • Exports: .stl (as required), plus rendered stills/animations.
  • All geometry must be clean, manifold where needed, and suitable for reuse further up the pipeline
