The Sales Executive at Surya Global Flexifilms Pvt Ltd will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business by developing new customer relationships and increasing product orders. With a focus on the BOPET (Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate) manufacturing industry, the Sales Executive will identify opportunities to expand the company’s market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New Customer Development**:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients in the BOPET manufacturing industry.
- Proactively approach new customers and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to explore new business avenues and keep up with industry trends.
- **Product Order Expansion**:
- Work closely with existing customers to understand their needs and increase order volumes.
- Ensure a consistent and strategic approach to growing product orders and improving customer satisfaction.
- Present new product offerings and solutions to customers, aiming for continuous sales growth.
- **Market Expertise in BOPET**:
- Have a strong understanding of the BOPET manufacturing process and the ability to explain the technical benefits of products to clients.
- Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market dynamics to position Surya Global Flexifilms as a preferred supplier.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- **Communication and Relationship Building**:
- Maintain regular contact with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Multitasking and Organization**:
- Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and high levels of service.
- Balance new customer development with the ongoing needs of existing accounts.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the BOPET or packaging industry.
- Graduate degree (minimum qualification).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple accounts and tasks.
- Proven ability to develop new customer relationships and increase sales orders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
