Key responsibilities include verifying product details against documentation, selecting and preparing appropriate packaging materials, inspecting packed items for damage, maintaining accurate packing records, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, managing stock levels, and potentially supervising junior staff to optimize the packing process.
- **Quality Control: Examine** packed items for defects or damage, ensuring they meet quality and company standards before shipment.
- **Accuracy Verification: Verify** product quantities, specifications, and shipping details against packing slips, invoices, and order forms.
- **Material Management: Gather**, prepare, and assemble appropriate packaging materials, ensuring proper sizing and protection for products.
- **Documentation: Maintain** accurate records of packed items, material usage, and shipment details.
- **Coordination: Collaborate** with production, quality control, logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- **Safety & Hygiene**:Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining the cleanliness of the packing area.
- **Inventory Management: Monitor** stock levels of packaging materials and finished goods, ensuring availability for dispatch.
- **Process Optimization: Participate** in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize packing processe

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹28,600.00 per month
