**Job Title**: Store In-charge
**Location**: JAMNAGAR, DARED, GIDC PHASE III.
**Department**: Stores & Inventory
**Reporting To**: General Manager - Global Operations

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Stock Management & Inventory Control**
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Update inventory levels regularly and ensure consistency with physical stock.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving items to optimize space and usage.

**2. ERP System Management**
- Record all material receipts and dispatches in the ERP system promptly.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and stock movements in the system.
- Generate stock and movement reports as required.

**3. Material Requisition & Purchase Coordination**
- Prepare material requisitions for replenishment and submit to the Purchase Department.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of critical items.
- Assist in follow-ups with suppliers in coordination with the Purchase team.

**4. Communication & Interdepartmental Coordination**
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), and Packing departments for material planning and availability.
- Ensure timely material flow across departments to avoid delays in production.

**5. Documentation & Record-Keeping**
- Prepare and manage challans for dispatches and maintain delivery records.
- Keep updated documentation for consumption, stock movement, and reordering schedules.
- File and store all records as per audit and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in store/inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working Hours: 8 AM TO 8 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
