**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in visa processing, travel documentation, or similar administrative roles.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all visa documents are accurate and complete.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, embassies, consular officials, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM systems or visa processing software.
- **Language Skills (preferred)**:

- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially when dealing with international clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Prior Experience**:

- **Knowledge of International Travel & Visa Regulations**:

- Understanding of international travel and visa regulations across multiple countries is beneficial.
- **Experience with Online Systems**:

- **Immigration Law Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures in various countries is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
