Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Student Counsellor to guide students through their higher education journey. In this role, you will assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities, primarily for international education, and support them throughout the application and visa process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for education and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized counselling to students about study options in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more.

- Assist students in choosing appropriate universities and courses based on their academic background, interests, and goals.

- Guide students through the application process, including preparing documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), and online applications.

- Support students in understanding and preparing for visa procedures.

- Maintain regular follow-up with students and ensure timely submission of applications.

- Stay up to date with university admission requirements, deadlines, and international education trends.

- Participate in promotional activities like seminars, webinars, and education fairs.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).

- Experience: 2-5 years in student counselling, customer service, or a related role (freshers are welcome to apply).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

- Willingness to learn about overseas education systems and visa processes.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).

Preferred (but not mandatory):

- Interest in international education or previous experience in an educational consultancy.

- Knowledge of countries like UK, Canada, Australia, USA, etc.

- Familiarity with CRM or student management software.
