**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visa Application Assistance**: Provide detailed guidance on visa requirements, document preparation, and submission processes for various countries. Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and government authorities, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
- **Visa Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of various visa types (student visas, visitor visas, etc.) and the specific requirements for different countries.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain complex visa processes in a clear and understandable manner to students.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- **Ethics & Confidentiality**: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially when dealing with international students.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or visa processing software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
