**Roles and Responsibilities**
- OFB Tech (OfBusiness) is a tech-enabled platform that facilitates raw material procurement and credit in the B2B markets, focusing on the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. OfBusiness provides access to cash flow-based financing for buying raw materials through its NBFC - Oxyzo Financial Services.
The company also offers tech-led marketing services through its BidAssist platform for new growth opportunities. It is India’s fastest tendering engine. “Bidassist” helps millions of tender managers enterprises to discover, monitor, track and follow latest Govt Tenders & Tender results from over 7000 indian govt agencies.
**Profiles - IST Customer Care ( Bidassist )**Role - Executive / Sr. ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Inside sales of Bidassist Tender software
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Any Graduate Freshers can be considered
