We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Floor Supervisor** to join our team at the Popular Vehicles and Services in Wayanad Sulthan Bathery. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the service floor, ensuring smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service quality standards.
- Supervise the service floor operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and ensure that all service jobs are completed within the specified time and in line with Maruti’s quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling of customer vehicles, parts, and equipment during service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the service floor.
- Provide guidance and support to technicians, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
- Assist in training new staff members and provide continuous coaching and performance feedback.
- Keep track of service jobs, parts inventory, and required tools.
- Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in an automotive service or repair environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with Maruti service standards and systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- A solid understanding of automotive repairs, service procedures, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or diploma is an advantage).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
