**Responsibilities**
- Partnering with leadership to define, prioritise and build product road map
- Managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners, and head the integrations of partner API's
- Leading all aspects of the development life cycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, deployment, and maintenance.
- Driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

**Role Requirements**
- Prior CTO / Head of Engineering / Technical Visionary experience for a start-up, preferably with a track record of one or more successful experience stints
- **Full stack knowledge and hands-on experience on Dot Net Core, MySql, Angular is a must**:

- Significant experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early stage through to scaling and maturity.
- An effective leader and team-player who knows how to hire and manage the right talent to scale the Engineering team.
- Experience in project management to ensure timely deliverable.
- Should have the passion, commitment and patience, to build a great organisation.
- Preferably must have worked in start-ups before leading a team

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of programming experience in **Dot Net Core, MySql, Rest APIs, and Angular **to develop products that scale
- Experience in working with Cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred, multi-cloud experience welcome), SaaS, AI/ML, Mobile Apps
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Prior experience preparing, implementing and monitoring the technology & product roadmaps that address the company’s business needs, ensuring future scalability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
