**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and print
- Coordinate planning and delivery of marketing plans and collaterals created by creative teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with creative team and vendors to create and manage content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team and vendors to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Analyze and report on campaign results to track progress and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop strategies to reach them.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

**Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Internship or previous experience in marketing or related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or HubSpot.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
