Ø To dispatch the finished goods.

Ø To issue raw material to vendors for processing / Job Work

Ø Daily/Weekly/Monthly stock updation of finish goods, WIP, Spares.

Ø To Check Produced Vs Actual as per production book in both the shifts & subsequently update the data in system (Deviation Report) & Inform the same to the Production Supervisor.

Ø To ensure and accept production parts movement to FG area in proper packaging or Bin with Tag system details of Qty, Date, Shift & Sign.

Ø To maintain proper 5S in Dispatch area and ensure safety practices are followed by all.

Ø Submission of Daily Tracker Sheet to Supervisor/ Concern Department.

Ø To Track & inform any mismatch in Date, confirmation, quantity or Name on the Sticker on bins which proceeding towards Secondary operation

Ø To sort Material ready for dispatch if any quality issue observed while secondary operation & to take necessary preventive action in verbal & written form for no recurrence in future

Ø Ensuring Quality, Quantity & Packaging as per specified standards while dispatch of goods.

Ø Make the necessary & on time arrangement for transportation.

Ø Track and maintain Daily Dispatch Sheet in Excel as per the format.

Ø Communicate the DH regarding any confusion or mismatch in PO/Invoice/Dispatch(Rate/Address/Code/Box Qty etc ) before dispatch.

Ø ASN Generation for customers. To upload ASN Stickers in System and to take Printouts as required for Packing.

Ø Regular and on timely communication to customers regarding dispatch details

Ø Printing of Proper label for each material for dispatch and ensure right Customer’s Name, Address, Quantity, Colour, Product Code Etc is printed and applied on box/Packet/Material.

Ø Taking Material Stock on Monthly Basis

Ø Maintaining Contractors Finishing report and communicate the results with Quality, Accounts, and HR.

Ø Daily Updation of Kanban Board.

Ø Issuing of tools and required material Contract Workers & ensuring optimum utilization of resources

Ø Generation of 57F4 Challan for the Material and timely follow up for proper closing.

Ø Timely and periodic Training (OJT) to finishing department operators.

Ø To coordinate and supervise the duty of the manpower under control

Ø Follow loading check list while dispatch.

Ø Preparing invoice and preparing necessary legal document for dispatch (Delivery Challan, Duty Paid DC, Stock Transfer DC, Site Transfer DC, Gate Pass, Check List, Way Bill)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,152.89 per month
