**What you'll be doing**
- Gather and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering and product marketing teams.
- Plan and conduct practical, impactful research throughout the entire product cycle from inception to completion, to answer the questions posed above and driving impact.
- Gather insights about customers from a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies and surveys etc.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to the appropriate stakeholders in the most engaging and actionable manner.
- Work closely with product teams to help them use research insights to make Groww better.
- Work closely with analytics and data science to tell a cohesive story about our product.
- Act as an internal evangelist for customer and product research.

**Job Requirement**

**What You should have**
- 2-3 years of industry experience in driving UX research at product teams
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for generative and evaluative research
- Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
- Excellent research execution skills including scoping, moderation, analysis and synthesis.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong story-telling skills and an ability to frame insights into compelling narratives
- Familiarity with developing or using product / marketing frameworks to align cross-functional teams.
- Experience of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of research-related tasks, including recruiting participants, liasioning with agencies, partnering with various teams to collaborate on projects
