**Job Summary**

Provide efficient and effective executive, project and administrative support to the Principal and manage the Principal’s office

**Job Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Should have Graduation/Post Graduation degree
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related field
- Possess good time management skills
- Be able to handle office equipment
- Be adept at prioritising, scheduling and multitasking
- Be a fast and eager learner, active listener, organised and resourceful

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience working as an Executive Assistant to Principal role
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Supporting an Executive or director of an educational organisation is preferred
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Proven work experience in a fast paced office environment, working with a team where priorities change frequently

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Principal's office, including scheduling meetings, calendar and other appointments of the Principal
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Organise and maintain files and records, coordinate staff events, prepare and format information for internal and external distribution
- Record minutes of meetings
- Act as the primary contact between Principal and parents
- Collate and check staff claims/reimbursements for Principal's approval
- Maintain an accurate up to date diary, enter all events and appointments and notify the Principal of upcoming events and meetings requests
- Manage the recruitment process for the appointment of teaching staff through liaison with the Principal
