**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media platforms, and supporting brand promotion efforts. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, create content, and track campaign performance to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills are key for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content for digital platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- **Brand Development**: Assist in maintaining and enhancing brand image across various platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product teams, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimization.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new marketing trends and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
