STHAVEER BUSINESS SOLUTION PVT LTD, A leading Digital Marketing Agency Headquartered in India, is seeking a Freelance Real Estate Executive to join our team. The Real Estate Executive will play a key role in representing our company in real estate transactions and facilitating property sales or rentals.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Actively seek out potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.

2.Facilitate property transactions, including negotiations, contracts, and closing deals.

3. Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the real estate process.

4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

5.Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings of properties.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to promote properties.

7. Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional networks.

8. Stay informed about current market conditions, regulations, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software.

5. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.

6.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new market trends and technologies.

8. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
