Role Scrum Master- 1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams- 2. Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to: - Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional teams developing and supporting insurance IT products (policy admin, claims, billing, etc.).- - Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, in bilingual (Japanese/English) settings.- - Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and practices to improve delivery and team health.- - Shield teams from external disruptions and help identify and remove impediments.- - Foster effective communication and collaboration between onsite, and offshore teams.- - Track and help teams achieve sprint/release objectives, managing team velocity and burndown/burnup metrics.- - Support Product Owners and business stakeholders in backlog prioritization and acceptance criteria.- - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within insurance IT teams.- - 3. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals- 4.
