**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote the company’s products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Engage with potential customers to explain product features and benefits.
- Distribute promotional materials and samples (if applicable).
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Wear company-branded T-shirts provided during working hours.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by offering excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sense of dressing and presentation.
- Outgoing, friendly, and able to engage with customers.
- Prior experience in sales or brand promotion is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
