**Roles & Responsibilities of a Support Executive (Education Sector)**
- **Student & Parent Support**:

- Assist students/parents in resolving issues related to course access, registration, or payment.
- Guide students through online platforms, portals, or learning apps.
- **Academic Coordination**:

- Coordinate between students, faculty, and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of classes/programs.
- Assist with scheduling classes, examinations, and academic events.
- Share updates on timetables, curriculum changes, or faculty availability.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain student records and update databases (attendance, performance, feedback, etc.).
- Support the admissions/enrolment process by verifying documents and assisting with onboarding.
- Track and follow up on fee payments and provide receipts/acknowledgments.
- **Technical & Platform Support**:

- Help students and staff troubleshoot login issues, learning management system (LMS) access, or online classroom tools.
- Escalate unresolved technical problems to the IT/support team.
- **Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Act as a bridge between parents, teachers, and the management team.
- Share important announcements, newsletters, and updates with stakeholders.
- Collect feedback and suggestions to improve student/parent experience.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on queries handled, issues resolved, and student feedback.
- Maintain documentation of escalations and resolutions for reference.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Desktop support: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada (preferred)

**Location**:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (preferred)
