**Customer support Representative**

CareerNaksha is an Ed - tech startup provides modern personalized career counseling & development to school and college students, graduates and Professionals, CareerNaksha is looking for skilled Customer support Representative.

Work from office

2 Month internship

Starts immediately

No stipend

Provide certificate

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Answering customer questions about the company, products, or services
- Resolving customer complaints
- Directing customers to the right department or supervisor
- Taking orders or processing payments
- Making changes to customers' accounts
- Handling returns and exchanges
- Addressing billing concerns
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Selling products and services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
