Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Draft and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the Director, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes; attend and record minutes as needed.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the Director, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including filing systems, office supplies, and record-keeping.
- Disseminate information and announcements to staff as directed by the Director.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Greet and assist visitors to the Director's office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Provide additional administrative support and assistance to other departments and executives as needed
Qualification
- Post Graduation/ Graduation + 3-4 years of experience
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
