**About the Role**:The E-commerce Executive role is to manage and optimizing the company’s online presence to drive sales and improve customer experience. This individual plays a key role in the smooth functioning of the online store or sales channels across multiple marketplaces channels.

**Report To**: Ecommerce Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing & Listing, Uploading -Amazon USA, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon India, B2C & B2B Marketplaces, etc.
- Listing of products across - Marketplace channels, FBA listings & related process.
- Updating All Channels Sales Reports & Inventory management as and when required.
- Reconciliation of prepaid payments with Payment gateway.
- Co-ordinate with Warehouse Team for Smooth Dispatches.
- Responsible for case raise, claims, A-Z claims, Returns for various panels.
- Sharing Purchase Order and Sale Order to warehouse.
- Work closely with Logistic partners - checking of courier charges, COD payment reconciliation, SLA breach working, TAT reports.
- Reconciliation of stock RTV / RTO at the warehouse.
- Gem Marketplace panel order processing part.
- Organise and update relevant Google Drive sheets regularly.
- Responsible for website order and listing management.
- Daily basis relevant reports need to be share (If/Any)
- They will liaise with all Ecommerce department.
- They will be accountable for:

- Manage Online Sales Channels
- Product Listings and Optimization
- Order Processing and Fulfilment
- Sales and Marketing Campaigns
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Managed and optimized online product listings on various platforms including Amazon,Flipkart,
- Snapdeal, Meesho, Shopify and Other Marketplaces.
- Developed captivating Brand Stories that resonate with customers, strengthening brand identity and loyalty
- Handling Amazon FBA Shipments and Flipkart FBF shipments including inventory planning,
- shipment creation, and coordination with fulfillment centers to ensure timely delivery and stock

availability.

Managed product data, pricing, and promotional content across various online channels
- 1-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or online sales channels. (Various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart etc)
- International Marketplace experience like Amazon USA, Canada, Mexico would be additional advantage
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking and campaign management would be additional advantage
- Excel Knowledge is must.
- Basic Oral & written Communication Skill.
- Knowledge of Gem panel would be additional advantage.
- Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid promotions on Marketplaces would be additional advantage.
- E-Commerce Platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other Marketplaces
- Amazon FBA Management: Inventory Planning, Shipment Creation, Fulfillment Coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Education and Qualification**:

- Graduate/Additional relevant degree (Any Field)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
