**Job Description: Direct Sales Executive**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by directly interacting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. You will be a key player in achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Accurately track and report sales activities and results in CRM.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Direct Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
