Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of robotic systems tailored for industrial asset inspections.

Analysis & Simulations: Conduct comprehensive mechanical analyses and simulations to validate design integrity and performance under various operational conditions.

Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the prototyping process, including hands-on building and rigorous testing of robotic components and systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with electrical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other system components.

Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics and mechanical engineering to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into our products.

Leadership: Build and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company's strategic direction, identifying new opportunities for product development and market expansion.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on robotics or automation systems. Prior entrepreneurial experience or a strong desire to take on a co-founder role is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis.

Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.

Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects from conception through completion.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Passion for Robotics: A genuine interest in advancing robotic technologies to improve industrial processes and safety.
