
Payroll and Compliance Executive

**Experience**:5-8 years
**CTC** : 4-8 LPA
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operational deliverables in the HR department.
- Drive the implementation of technology in HR analytics.
- Regularly update employee data on the HR system.
- Handle payroll management, PF, ESIC, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and submit all relevant documents and reports as per requirements.
- Assist management in handling and resolving HR issues.
- Perform file audits to ensure proper documentation maintenance.
- Handle sensitive employee data and reports discreetly.
- Manage attendance, including leaves and leave requests, and communicate with employees as needed.
- Effectively resolve employees' queries.
**Required Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in HR.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Well-versed with technology.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Presentation).
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
