**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Enrollment**:

- Promote and enroll students in Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Animation VFX courses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops in colleges, schools, and community events to promote the courses.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and student communities.
- Act as a brand ambassador to create awareness about the programs.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential students through field visits, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Track and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Gather insights on student interests, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the management for continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student enrollment roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Familiarity with education and skilling sectors, especially design and animation programs, is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel locally for promotional activities.
