We are looking for a confident and customer-focused **Client Relations Officer (Female)** to enhance our customer experience and support our sales and business development activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Assist the sales and business development team by managing inquiries, following up with leads, and coordinating site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, documentation support, and post-sale assistance.
- Organize and manage client meetings, both in-office and off-site as required.
- Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and follow-up trackers.
- Support marketing and promotional activities such as open houses, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response and resolution of customer queries.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, confident, and client-service oriented.
- Comfortable with in-person meetings and occasional travel to project sites or client locations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
