Immediate hiring for Inside Sales for the Distribution firm

Location:

- Ghatkopar East (Mumbai)

Position: Inside Sales

Experience-3 + year

JD

Punching SO of new orders in Tally and making dispatch plan.

To Make Benchmark of Sales team monthly/weekly.

Preparing Quotation and handling customer enquiry, processing vendor registration documents,

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Handle rejections and replacements of customers and closing them on timely manner

Customer Visit for order.

Making of sales report, submitting daily sales, weekly and monthly sales report to management.

Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
