**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka Mor ,New Delhi for a Customer Service and Sales Representative. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products and services, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to converse in English and Hindi.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections
- Ability to record data and do basic Excel analysis

Job Requirements

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
