- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Lead Generation / Inside Sales**:

- Generate and qualify leads through various digital platforms and campaigns
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities
- Maintain CRM and track customer interactions
- **Tele calling & Customer Care**:

- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Conduct outbound calls to inform, follow-up, and support sales initiatives
- Resolve client issues, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call logs and customer records
- **Sales Support & Back Office / Sales Admin**:

- Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery timelines, payments, and customer service
- Prepare sales reports and maintain MIS
- Schedule meetings, demos, and manage calendars of sales managers
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in any of the above roles (Minimum 1-2 year preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (Telugu is an advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation techniques
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- **Preferred Industry Experience**:

- BPO / KPO / ITES
- Digital Marketing Agencies
- Customer Service & Inside Sales in Product/Service-based companies
