Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Control Assistant Manager to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in monitoring production processes, inspecting products, and working with the team to improve quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read blueprints and specifications to understand product requirements.
- Monitor production operations to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process when necessary.
- Inspect, test, and measure materials and products during production.
- Use tools like rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers to measure products accurately.
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
- Decide whether finished products meet specifications, accepting or rejecting them as needed.
- Remove any products or materials that do not meet quality standards.
- Report data from inspections and tests, including weight, leakage, strength, color, surface quality, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail to identify defects.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
- Good math skills for data reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications.
- Critical thinking skills to solve customer problems and improve product quality.
- Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to create KLD, COA, TDS, and other technical documents and manuals.
- A strong desire to achieve the best quality products.
- Ability to represent the organization during quality audits.
- Knowledge of materials such as PET, PP, LDPE, HDPE, SAN, acrylic, and glass.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
