The Quality Controller is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing products and processes to ensure they meet specified standards of quality. This role ensures that production processes, raw materials, and finished goods comply with internal and customer quality requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct tests and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Identify non-conformities and report deviations from standards to relevant departments.
- Record and document inspection results accurately and maintain quality control logs.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Support quality audits, both internal and external, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality control systems and suggest enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Quality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role (typically 3-5 years).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, quality software systems).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
