**Job Title: E-commerce Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the company's e-commerce listings, ensuring accurate and updated product information for maximum visibility and sales growth.

2. Monitor dispatches and ensure timely delivery of orders by collaborating with the dispatch team.

3. Oversee B2C operations to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

4. Perform inventory planning to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing overstocking or stockouts.

5. Provide excellent customer service by promptly replying to queries, coordinating with logistics, and addressing customer concerns.

6. Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage listings, communicate with teams, and perform necessary tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms and optimizing product listings.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of customer success strategies and a customer-centric approach.
