**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process** and **Manage Customer Orders** from various **e-Commerce Platforms** (e.g., Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, Amazon, etc.).
- **Monitor** and **Update Inventory Levels** to ensure Products are in Stock and ready for Sale.
- Create and Maintain **Product Listings** on the Website and other e-Commerce Platforms, including Writing Product Descriptions, Uploading Images, and Setting Prices.
- Regularly **Update** Product **Availability**, **Pricing**, and **Promotions**.
- Handle **Product Returns**, **Exchanges**, and **Customer Complaints**, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Make **Claims** for Fraudulent Returns.
- Track and Resolve any Order Discrepancies, such as Missing or Incorrect Products.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper order fulfillment and timely shipping.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Order or Delivery Issues to Maintain Positive Customer Experiences.
- Maintain **Accurate Records** of Customer Interactions, **Transactions**, and **Inventory**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High School, Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **1+ Years** of **Experience** in **e-Commerce Operations**, or a Related Field.
- **Familiarity** with **e-Commerce Platforms** (e.g., Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, Amazon, etc.) and Online Retail Operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
