**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify financial documents such as income statements, bank statements, and credit reports.
- Perform initial loan eligibility checks and coordinate with underwriters and risk teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the loan processing system.
- Follow up with customers on documentation requirements and resolve queries.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, and legal teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely updates and professional service.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit norms, and regulatory frameworks.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Finance (mandatory) from a recognized institution.
- 3 years of experience in loan processing, credit operations, or a similar role in a bank, NBFC, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of retail loan products (home loan, personal loan, vehicle loan, etc.).
- Familiarity with KYC norms, credit policies, and loan documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
- Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems (LMS or CRM tools).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services.
- Knowledge of risk assessment or underwriting process is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple loan files and manage deadlines efficiently.
