**Job Title**: Loan Officer - Home Loan Sales

**Experience Required**: 1 to 3 years (preferably in sales)
**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate in any stream or HSC with at least one year of on-paper experience

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sales and driven to achieve targets. The Loan Officer will play a key role in identifying and converting leads into potential customers for home loan products, while supporting the sales team and maintaining customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential leads who are not yet sure about availing a loan
- Convert these leads into interested prospects by establishing contact and understanding their needs
- Make multiple calls at various times, including beyond office hours if required, to engage with prospects
- Conduct need analysis and assess eligibility
- Schedule appointments and follow up after meetings with the sales officer
- Seek help from senior sales members or independently resolve queries to convert prospects into customers
- Ensure timely follow-ups and prompt communication with prospects
- Work closely with the mapped sales officer to maintain smooth coordination and provide timely feedback
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s loan products, policies, and competitors
- Ensure quality communication with accurate information and adherence to timelines
- Handle objections effectively during conversations with prospects
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system
- Generate customer references through impactful conversations and building rapport
- Share market trends and feedback with supervisors to improve overall strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services will be an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
