The Senior Supervisor for our India Collection Team will play a central role in
managing a team of Analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to help
achieve individual collection targets as well as team goals. This individual must
possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to foster strong business
relationships with cross-functional groups, and be a key team player in managing
customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the collection team, ensuring that all
members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
Monitor and evaluate collection activities to identify areas for improvement
and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and stakeholders to
facilitate the collection process.
Analyze data and trends to forecast future collection performance and
develop strategies to meet targets and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,
including data protection and privacy regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve
efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and
timely manner.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key
performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in collections management, preferably in a supervisory or
leadership role.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer
interactions effectively.
Ability to use initiative, discretion, and judgment within established
procedures, guidelines, and rules.
Proficient in managing situations requiring diplomacy, fairness, firmness, and
sound judgment.
Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy
while managing to deadlines.
