Navigo Academy is an education and training institute offering professional courses in **Digital Marketing, Web Development, and other technical fields.** We are expanding our admissions team and looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to help students register for our programs.

**Job Overview**:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a key role in guiding students about our career-oriented courses and encouraging them to register. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are confident on calls, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a career in sales and education counselling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain details of our courses (Digital Marketing, Web Development, Technical Programs).
- Provide accurate information on fees, duration, and benefits of the courses.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure student registrations.
- Maintain records of calls and student information in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and registrations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Friendly and confident while speaking on phone.
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Ability to handle objections positively and motivate students.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
