**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convert potential leads into customers by understanding their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and following up on leads in a timely manner.
- **Customer Queries**: Handle customer inquiries over the phone, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, renewals, and repeat sales.
- **Sales Target**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow a prepared sales script and handle objections effectively while adapting to customer conversations as needed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
