**Customer Support Executive**:
Job Description:
**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- To assist customers with queries related to Ready Mix Concrete(RMC) products.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keep Co-ordination between Plant & Customer & provide the data & report to Board of Directors.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, products and customer experience
- Resolve the query of customers. Maintain database of client.
- Should keep daily track report from plant level to customer level

**Basic Qualifications**:

- A minimum 6 month experience in Customer Support Profile required in E mail process with proficiency in written as well as verbal communication.
- Must be Customer centric.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Extreme dedication, sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
