Key Responsibilities:
POS/ERP System Management:
Update and manage locations, inventory, and retail-related operations within the POS/ERP system.
Collaborate with the technical team to integrate new services and troubleshoot any issues.
Service Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of Tally for financial accounting.
Manage customer loyalty programs and other add-ons to enhance the retail experience.
Reporting and Analytics:
Clean and maintain Excel reports using advanced Excel techniques (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
Create, update, and maintain master reports related to the POS/ERP system and other departments as required.
Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Data Accuracy and Maintenance:
Monitor data integrity across all systems and ensure accurate synchronization between the POS/ERP system and other platforms.
Organize and optimize data storage for easy retrieval and analysis.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with other departments to address their reporting needs related to the POS/ERP system.
Act as the primary point of contact for POS/ERP-related queries and updates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
